11 cars of freight train have derailed today near the village of Belgorodskoye of Smidovichsky district in the Jewish Autonomous Region. Investigating bodies of the Far Eastern Transport Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee are carrying out a pre-investigation check into the fact.

At present, the investigating group has set off to examine the accident scene.

During the check all the circumstances of the incident will be found. A procedural decision will be made following the check.
