Moscow region investigative bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee continue investigation of a criminal case against Galina Ryabkova, 27, of Dolgoprudny suspected of a crime under paragraphs “a, c” of part 2 of article 105 of the RF Criminal Code (murder of two minors).

According to investigators, on 24 June 2012 at 3 p.m. Ryabkova and her two children left their apartment on 8^th floor of the house on Patsaev prospekt in Dolgoprudny and went up to 15^th floor. Then the woman pushed her two children – boys born in 2005 and 2008 - from the balcony. The children died of injuries.

Today, on 26 June 2012, the Dolgoprudny district court, having considered the arrest request of the investigators and having agreed with the opinion of the investigators that the woman should be isolated, has ruled to arrest Ryabkova.

Investigators have set up a complex psychological and psychiatric test for Ryabkova, she is to be brought to charges. Other investigation operations are under way to find all circumstances. Investigation is to be continued.
