On 18 June 2012, a crane fell in the 2^nd stage of building of the Troitsk state district power plant. According to preliminary data 4 citizens of China, workers of a contractor, died. 10 Chinese were injured, 4 of them are in grave condition. They were injured while mounting the crane. Chelyabinsk region investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee are carrying out a pre-investigative check in the incident.

At present all circumstances of the incident are being found. A procedural decision will be made following the results of the check.
