In Perm Territory professor of regional Railway Transport Institute found guilty in bribery for successful exams

The court has recognized the evidence collected by the Urals Transport Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee as sufficient to convict a Professor of Perm Railway Transport Institute – a branch of federal state educational institution of higher professional education Urals State Communication Lines Institute, Mikhail Dvoyeglazov, 62. He was found guilty of two episodes of a crime under part 1 of article 290 of the RF Criminal Code (bribery-taking).

Investigation and the court have established that Dvoyeglazov in May and June 2012 received through a mediator a DNS laptop computer and a Samsung TV set worth more than 28 thousand rubles from 2-year students for ensuring 15 students successful pass of examination on the subject the Professor taught without actual check of knowledge.
