Republic of Adygea investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have completed investigating a criminal case against a businesswoman Raisa Konstantinova, 57. She is charged with evasion of taxes on a grand scale (part 2 of article 298 of the RF Criminal Code).

According to investigators, Konstantinova hid the information on real profit of her business activity in selling food stuffs by submitting false data to Federal Taxation Service Inter-Regional Inspection No2 of Adygea. The amount of the taxes unpaid amounts to 6.4 million rubles.

Investigators have collected enough evidence and accordingly the case with approved indictment is forwarded to the court to be tried on the merits.
