Investigative bodies of the Moscow Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have initiated a criminal case over signs of a crime under paragraph “h” of part 2 of article 105 (murder), paragraph “c” of part 4 of article 162 (robbery) and part 1 of article 222 of the RF Criminal Code (illegal handling of firearms).

According to investigators, on 21 October 2012 around 4 a.m. an unknown person in the building of OOO NKA L. ZS (LLC) at 21^st km of the inner side of MKAD motorway in Moscow shot at a man to steal some money. The man died on the spot. After that the unknown stole 15 thousand rubles and disappeared.

At present search and investigating operations are underway to establish all the circumstances of the crime. Investigation is to be continued.
