In Moscow member of motorcyclist club Tri Dorogi suspected of killing a man

Investigative bodies of the Moscow Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have initiated a criminal case against a 35-year-old member of motorcyclist club Tri Dorogi (Three Roads). He is suspected of a crime under paragraphs “f” and “i” of part 2 of article 105 of the RF Criminal Code (murder).

According to investigators, at night of 20 October 2012 at the territory of garage building co-operative Oktyabrsky located in Zelenograd, a conflict occurred between the members of motorcyclist clubs Nochnye Volki (Night Wolves) and Tri Dorogi which then grew into a fight. During a conflict the suspect shot several times from his hunter rifle at the members of Nochnye Volki club. As a result of a gun wound one of the victims died.

At present an investigative task force is working at the crime scene, investigating operations are underway to establish all circumstances of the crime. Investigation is to be continued.
