The Sverdlovsk Region investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have charged Igor Shabalin, 34, with another crime under paragraph “g” of part 2 of article 127 of the RF Criminal Code (illegal deprivation of liberty which is not connected with abduction committed against two or more people).

According to investigators, Shabalin being responsible for rehabilitation of women at the women rehabilitation center of the fund “City without Drugs” during 2012 illegally held in the center 6 women.

This case was filed into the case over part 2 of article 109 of the RF Criminal Code over infliction of death by negligence to a 29-year-old patient of the fund Tatyana Kazantseva.

At present investigating operations are underway to establish all circumstances of the incident. Investigation is to be continued.
