In Moscow Region Head of Borodinskoye village of Mozhaysky district to appear in court

Moscow Region investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have completed investigating a criminal case against former Head of Borodinskoye village of Mozhaysky district, Moscow Region, Maya Sklyuyeva. She is charged with crimes under part 4 of article 159 of the RF Criminal Code (swindling – 2 episodes).

According to investigators, in the period between 1993 and 2007, Sklyuyeva, working in the administration of Borodinsly district, together with her accomplice who was them head of the village, by swindling got a right to deal with two land plots in the village of Staroye Selo. As a result of their actions the two plots, the market price of which was 3.8 million rubles, were expelled from arrangements of administration of Mozhaysky district which entailed damage on an especially large scale to the budget of the district.

The criminal proceedings against Nadezhda Fedesheva were ceased 2008 in connection with the death of the accused.

Investigators have collected enough evidence and the case with approved indictment was forwarded to the court to be tried on the merits.
