The Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee has launched a criminal case over signs of a crime under part 2 of article 105 of the RF Criminal Code – a murder of three-year-old Russian Maxim Kuzmin by his adoptive mother in USA.

In the near future investigators are going to petition on arrest of the adoptive mother in absentia and on announcing her internationally wanted. In addition, the Investigative Committee is going to seek that Russian investigators take part in investigation in the USA.

The Investigative Committee will make every effort so that murderers of the Russian boy were severely punished.
