On the eve of the Victory Day employees of the Saratov Region Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee together with the inmates of the patronized children’s home No 2 visited the museum of the Victory Park under the open sky.

There was an excursion where they heard about adults and children, who during hardships of struggling against fascism worked in the rear making fighting machines, guns and ammunition. They saw an exhibition of war and other equipment of the times of the Great Patriotic War with more than 185 pieces. Children were very interested in the story about heroes of the War. The visit to the museum contributed to their patriotic and moral education.

After visiting memorial complexes the children and employees of the Directorate placed flowers to the Eternal Flame and held a minute of silence to pay tributes to the heroes killed during the Great Patriotic War.
