In the morning of 11 April 2015, a fire occurred in a two-storey slag stone house in the town of Kungur, Perm Territory. While putting the fire out the firefighters found dead bodies of three children aged 3 months, 4 and 5 years. Perm Territory investigating bodies of the Rusia;s Investigative Committee have opened an investigation in a crime under part 3 of article 109 of the RF Penal Code (reckless homicide).

At present a number of investigative operations are underway to find out all the circumstances of the incident. Forensic medical examinations are going to be assigned and then run to find out the cause of death. The investigation is ongoing.
