During monitoring of mass media reports, investigators have found materials on bankruptcy of a motor transport company in the town of Ust-Ilimsk and failure to pay wages to the workers. Irkutsk Region investigating bodies of the Russian Investigative Committee have opened an investigation in a crime under part 2 of article 145.1 of the RF Penal Code (failure to pay wages for the period over two months).

According to investigators, in the period between December 2014 and March 2015, management of the company intentionally failed to pay wages to 141 workers. The debt stands at about 5 million rubles.

At present necessary investigative operations are underway. The investigators are questioning the workers and managers of the company. The investigation is ongoing.
