The Moscow Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee has sent to court a criminal case against one of the accomplices of hostage taking in the theater in Dubrovka on 23 October 2002 Khasan Zakayev, 41. He is charged with crimes under part 2 of article 210, parts 1 and 3 of article 30 and part 3 of article 205, part 5 of article 33, part 3 of article 206, part 3 of article 222, paragraphs “h” and “g” of part 2 of article 105, part 2 of article 167 of the RF Penal Code (membership in a criminal community, plotting a terrorist attack, complicity in hostage-taking, attempted murder of two and more people, illegal storage of firearms, deliberate destruction of another’s property).
