Alexander Bastrykin received citizens in Moscow on 8 December 2015. The Chairman of the Russia’s Investigative Committee received the residents of the city of Moscow, Tver Region and Krasnodar Territory.

Most of complaints related to procedural decisions made over criminal cases investigated in regional bodies of the Investigative Committee.

All citizens who came to the building of the Investigative Committee were received. Following the reception, Mr. Bastrykin gave explicit orders to heads of territorial investigating bodies. The review of all received complaints and appeals is under personal control of the Chairman.
