The Chairman of the IC of Russia has instructed the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation to initiate a criminal case and give a legal assessment of the statements made by B. Filatov, the mayor of the city of Dnepr.

B. Filatov published a post on a social network banned in Russia with calls to kill Russians around the world.

The Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia has been instructed to initiate a criminal case and carry out the entire range of necessary investigative actions.
