The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that on April 4, 2022, in the Moschun village in the north-west of Kyiv, the soldiers of the 72nd Ukrainian Chief Center of Psychological Operations shoot a staged video, filming the false-supposedly died civilians, which became victims of the violent actions of Russian troops. Not appropriate information was prepared for distribution through Western media in order to discredit the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin instructed the General Directorate of the IC of Russia to record and to investigate these facts, to take all measures to expose all those, who involved in the preparation of provocations, as well as to provide the procedural assessment of their actions on the constituent elements of crime provided for in the Art.207.7 the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public distribution of the misleading information about Armed Forces of the Russian Federation).
