A.I. Bastrykin, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, has instructed the Main Investigative Department to establish all the circumstances of the new facts of shelling of the settlements of the Donetsk People’s Republic by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to reports, over the past 24 hours, certain areas of the city of Donetsk, as well as the town of Aleksandrovka, the city of Yasinovataya and Kirovsky Raion of the city of Makeyevka, have been shelled. 21 people, including one child, were injured. Civilian infrastructure was damaged, including a prenatal clinic in Petrovsky Raion of Donetsk.

As part of the criminal case, A.I. Bastrykin has instructed to give an assessment of the incidents, establish the circle of perpetrators and bring them to justice as established by law.
